Compliance with the standards of the quality label significantly upgrades operational levels in all domestic sports facilities. It establishes a quality logo that will influence customers during registration at the gym, indoor sports facilities, or any sports venue. In recent years there has been a rapid proliferation of both group exercise classes and individual training sessions held in public places (mainly in urban parks). The GrActive team wants to define a specific framework for minimum exercise and performance criteria for fitness trainers who offer their services outdoors. The aim is to ensure optimal and safe customer service. The ………….. complements current licensing arrangements for the provision of services in urban parks and managed rural areas, according to which local municipal or regional councils adopt the code of practice and the agreed operation protocols as a prerequisite for licensing professionals.

The declaration of commitment to health aims to establish a context for the rules required for the proper function of the fitness centres and their safe use by customers. Exercise professionals, physicians, and health professionals developed PAR-Q to support the ever-evolving demands of both practitioners and instructors. PAR-Q is designed for fitness members and is flexible in its use.
